Flík will not collect any personal data about you without your consent. We collect names and emails when a user subscribes to receive email communications through Mailchimp (see section 3. Embedded Content), and anonymous usage data (see section 5. Third Party Access to App Data).

3. Embedded Content

Mailchimp
Mailchimp is embedded on our site. Mailchimp has its own cookie and privacy policies over which we have no control. We collect emails and names through Mailchimp. 4. Cookies

This website only uses essential cookies required for the website to perform properly. We do not use third party cookies or collect any personal data through cookies.

5. Third Party Access to App Data

Flík collects anonymous usage data within the iOS app for iPhone and location data down to city and country. We do not link that data to any other data source. The data is stored and analyzed in a service called Amplitude.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Flík immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Flík will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Flík.

7. Your Data Rights

You can request that we erase any of the personal data we have stored. If you wish that all of your data is erased, please contact us at info@knitflik.com

8. Website Hosting

This website is hosted on Framer. Framer does not collect any personal data from website visitors. See Framer's cookie policy.
